What do the monthly plans from TechCoach Guru include?
Each plan includes visits or technical sessions according to the level contracted (Essential, Optimize, Premium or Elite), personalised support and priority response. The indicated prices do not include VAT.
How can I sign up for or change a plan?
You can sign up directly from the rates table or request it via WhatsApp or form. If you are already a client, you can change your plan at any time and the difference will be adjusted on the next invoice.
Do you offer invoicing with company or self‑employed name?
Yes. You can request an invoice with your tax details or those of your company when making payment or by writing to facturacion@techcoach.es.
How is the monthly payment made?
The initial sign‑up can be paid by card or bank transfer. From then on, the recurring monthly payments are managed automatically with Stripe (secure payment gateway). This means:
- The charge is made automatically to the saved card.
- You will receive the receipt and invoice by email after each charge.
- You can update your payment method via a secure link (TechCoach does not store your card data).
- Stripe retries the charge if it fails and we notify you before any suspension.
If you prefer a bank transfer for the first payment, indicate it when signing up.
What happens if I don’t use the sessions in a month?
Unused sessions can accumulate for up to 30 additional days (depending on your plan). They are not indefinitely accumulable or transferable to other people. We will send you a reminder before they expire.
How far in advance should I cancel a session?
To reschedule at no cost:
- Essential Plan and Optimize Plan: cancel with 24 h in advance.
- Digital Peace Premium and Digital Peace Elite: cancel with 12 h in advance.
If the period is not met, the session is considered performed and is lost.
Can I cancel my plan whenever I want?
Yes, you can cancel at any time by writing to support. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; no penalties are charged.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
No. The plans are monthly and you can pause or reactivate them when you need. There is also the option of quarterly payment with discount.
What happens if I need additional support outside my plan?
You can request additional sessions at a preferred rate for active clients. They are only billed if you approve them beforehand.
Can I receive a detailed invoice of my services?
Yes. All invoices include concept, date and description of the service provided. You can request copies or annual summaries for your accounting.
Note: prices exclude VAT. Coverage and travel times may vary depending on the zone or type of service.
