I’m Cyril, TechCoach specializing in digital wellbeing, Apple support and parental control.
An engineer trained at the École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers (France), I have lived in Spain since 1999 and have over 25 years of experience in technical support and customer service.
For 13 years I worked at Apple Spain, first as a sales specialist and later as a Genius. This allowed me to support thousands of users in the use of their iPhone, iPad and Mac, developing active listening, empathy and practical solutions.
Beyond the technical: a holistic vision
Throughout my career I trained as a mindfulness coach, which allows me to combine technique and wellbeing to help you use technology consciously. In addition, as an expert in parental control, I accompany families to regain control over the invasion of screens at home and prevent the digital overload of children.
I collaborate with Educatumente and Aprendia, contributing my experience in digital parenting and designing workshops to support parents and educators on these topics.
