Categories of data I process
- Identifying and contact information: name, email, phone.
- Technical support: description of the issue, devices and configuration (where applicable and with your consent).
- Billing: tax ID, billing address, payment method (tokenized by Stripe).
- Web usage in aggregated/anonymous form (basic analytics if you accept it).
Purposes and legal basis
- Support and assistance (contract performance or pre‑contractual measures).
- Billing and accounting (legal obligation).
- Occasional communications about your service (legitimate interest and/or contract performance).
- Minimal analytics to improve the site (consent, if you accept it).

I only work with services that comply with GDPR or have adequate safeguards.

International transfers
Some providers may host or process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, processing is carried out with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and additional security measures (encryption, access controls). This ensures a level of protection equivalent to that of the EU. I do not carry out unnecessary data transfers or transfers without a legal basis.

You can exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@techcoach.es. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the AEPD.

The data obtained through third‑party cookies will only be used with your consent and for the purposes indicated. You can obtain complete information about each third party from the cookie banner settings panel.
Retention periods
- Support: during the relationship and up to 12 months for traceability.
- Billing: 6 years (commercial/tax obligation).
- Contacts: until you ask to be removed or the necessary time has passed.
Security
I apply good practices: access with MFA, encryption in transit, backups, least privilege and incident logging. Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI‑DSS compliant); I do not store full card details.
