About me
I’m Cyril, an engineer with a degree from France’s École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers. I have lived in Spain since 1999 and have worked in technology and customer service throughout my career, building over 25 years of experience.
Over the last 13 years, I worked at Apple Spain, first as a sales specialist and then as a Genius, helping thousands of users solve technical problems and enjoy their devices more. This experience strengthened my ability to listen, teach and solve problems effectively and empathetically, with practical solutions.

My passion for teaching and wellbeing led me to train as a mindfulness coach, combining technical expertise with a holistic approach. This allows me to help clients use their devices and build a more balanced, mindful relationship with technology.
I speak English, French and Spanish, and have also worked as a coach in fitness and dance with students of all ages. These experiences have taught me to adapt my methods to each person and provide patient, personalised and effective support.

Through TechCoach, I solve technical problems and offer a comprehensive approach to help you feel in control of your digital life. My experience as an engineer, trainer and mindfulness coach allows me to turn technology into a tool that improves your everyday life.
